I’m finally done with round 2 of Whole30!

I really like my red wine. I’m on Whole30 right now and life without my glass of Syrah has been… well, painful.
I mean, I don’t even drink daily. I have a glass of wine a couple of evenings a week if I’m having something for dinner that just has to have a glass of red wine with it.
But is red wine really that bad for us if we’re trying to lose weight? Or could it actually… help? Are there other attributes besides calories that we should consider?

Another week on Whole30!
Overall week 3 has been interesting. I haven’t accomplished as much as I hoped: I haven’t eaten proper breakfasts (= more than just fruits) and I haven’t had any fish.

You know, when you’re on a diet it gets a little boring after a while – and you’d like to spice things up a bit. Well – I am on Whole 30 right now and I wrote on my week 2 report about how I started Bollywood dance lessons this week and that got me thinking:
Is there a way that we could lose weight Bollywood style?

What a week it’s been. I’m embarrassed to say I haven’t done that well this week.
Well, my diet has been OK. I haven’t eaten anything that’s not allowed, so I have to be pleased with that. But my workouts… Or the lack of them.
I haven’t done 30 Day Shred once this week.
There, I said it. I already thought about taking the word 30 Day Shred off from the title of this post. Well, I’m going to have to if I keep this up.
Here’s my report on week 2:
