There are around 50 days left before the Christmas party season begins. Are you planning to lose weight for that office party or New Year? Looking for motivation? Here’s a list of 50 reasons to lose weight and be fit, one for each day!
In March I wrote a post that is by far my most read article: 50 small tips for losing weight.
I think its popularity shows that as our lives are so busy with work and our families we are all just looking for small things that we could do daily, to be a bit healthier and to lose weight in the long run.
So this is sort of part two as I thought it was time for a sequence 🙂 Here’s another 50 weight loss tricks:
Is your weight stuck at a certain number on the scale – or worse, slowly creeping up? You know that it’s time to make some changes but you don’t want to do anything really drastic. The good news is that you don’t have to.
A few weeks ago I wrote a post about 50 small tips for losing weight. That article turned out to be really popular so I decided to take the same theme a bit further and actually make some calculations on how you can change just one thing – and get great results.
Here’s a list of three things you can easily change in your life, and lose weight:
It is commonly thought that it’s not possible to lose weight and save money at the same time, right?
You know the typical excuses:
Healthy food is so expensive.
A gym membership costs a fortune.
Wouldn’t it be nice to find ways to actually lose weight and save money at the same time?
I have had cellulite as long as I can remember. My skin is pale and not very thick so all the fat just shines through it. You can imagine, it’s not a pretty sight. The thing is though that I’m actually quite OK with it.
Did you know that 80 – 90 % of women have cellulite? And about 10 % of men.
So if you have cellulite you’re not alone 🙂 It’s normal, almost every woman has it and as we get older we really don’t even worry about it that much anymore.
However, I do think that we are intrigued by cellulite and that’s why I decided to write this article. In this post I will tell you:
- what cellulite is
- why you have it (unless you’re one of the lucky ones that don’t have it)
- how you can get rid of it – is it possible?
Yes, the headline of this post says it all: I want to be able to do a split. Why, you may ask, would a 35 year old woman want to do a split? I just do. Call me silly but it would be nice to be able to.
I’m a 35 year old “girl” and seem to have a lot of time in my hands so I decided to start writing about all the things that I myself like to read about. I’m really interested in learning about weight loss, health, food, training and beauty and I’m trying to find a balance with living a healthy life while also enjoying myself. The thing is though that I’m quite lazy. And I guess that is one of the very reasons I’m writing all this to you. Maybe by writing about it, I’ll also do something about it!
I know a lot about dieting. About calories, workouts, the lot. It’s just that I find it difficult to get any results. It’s not that I’m actually obese, just a little chubby. Sort of… soft. And I’d like to be quite fit.
Another reason why I decided to write about this is that I was diagnosed with cervical cancer in November 2014 and went through all the treatments (radical hysterectomy, chemotherapy and radiotherapy) during winter. That is one of the reasons why I want to now focus on my health, have less stress in life and just feel good about myself.
So that’s what I’ll write about! I will write about things that I’ve tried in the past, how I’ve done and what I try and experiment with right now or in the future. I don’t have a lot of money to spend on diets, workouts or beauty products so I’ll try to keep budget in mind along the way.
I look forward to getting feedback from you, I know there are a lot of people like me out there!
