There are so many quotes about the importance of planning:
“Failing to plan is planning to fail.”
“A good plan today is better than a perfect plan tomorrow.”
“A goal without a plan is just a wish.”
That last quote is my favorite, because it’s so true!

”Lose weight – just do it.”
That’s what I was told a few years back when I went to a large sports facility on a ”Sports day” at work and had my body fat percentage taken by real professionals. I sat there with the trainer with a diagram in my hand, looking at a horrible body fat percentage: 43 %.
His words stopped me. He didn’t sound worried or anxious, just really calm and as if it was no big deal to lose weight and lower fat percent. ”Just do it. Don’t think too much about it – take care of it once and for all and you’ll be done with it.”
Those words still have the same effect on me today. Is it really that simple? Do we over-complicate weight loss?
